Central Ontario FS is offering a paperless statement option for our patrons.

This option will allow our patrons to view their statements online through our website, view previous statements and generate purchase history reports of that account. An email notification will be sent every month notifying our patrons when their statements are available to be viewed.

Signing up for e-statements will automatically discontinue you from getting paper statements. By completing this form, you are granting Central Ontario FS permission to contact you by email.
