Professional Applicators

Our team of Professional Applicators is second to none with support from GROWMARK's training programs. They put their off-season training to good use in the growing season, covering acres of fields with plant nutrition and crop protection products in our fleet of spreaders, spinners are sprayers. What's even better? Full time Professional Applicators are automatically entered in to the FS Pacesetters Awards, which recognize them for their hard work and dedication.

Drivers

Whether in a full time or part time capacity, we hire dependable AZ and DZ drivers to get product to our growers, branches, and equipment on time.

Our drivers are the backbone to our business, delivering precious cargo: seed, energy products, harvest grains, fertilizer, liquid products and more. If you possess a valid AZ or DZ driver's license with clean driver's abstract, there's probably a job waiting for you!

Summer Crop Scouts

If you love the outdoors, work well independently, and are interested in learning about weed ID, crop staging, insects, and diseases, have we got the position for you! Come be part of the agronomy team for a fun, unforgettable summer, from which you will gain experiences that you will take with you throughout your entire career in agriculture. Use integrated pest management (IPM) techniques, satellite imagery, and GPS technology to document notes from the field that include weeds, insects, diseases, and other yield-limiting threats.

Crop Specialist

We hire some of the best, highly motivated, friendly and knowledgeable individuals to join crop specialist team. Most of our crop specialists have their CCA-ON, 4RNMS, and other certifications to further enhance the customer experience.

We provide training and support to help our crop specialists stay up to date and engaged in the latest science and technology with FS Agronomy College. We also provide engaging, next-level certifications like The FS Certified Crop Specialist Program. This GROWMARK program recognizes individual FS Crop Specialists who are dedicated to sales performance, technical knowledge, and personal development and who are focused on adding value to their farmer customers.

Gas Bar Attendant

We operate over 30 full-service gas bars across the province. With customer service, safety, and quality at the top of mind, we are always looking to add to our team.

Our Gas Bar Attendants are responsible for the sale of fuel and other automotive products, as well as all in-store merchandise, including tobacco products, lottery tickets and sundries and will be responsible for processing credit or debit card transactions. Other responsibilities include the performance of such services as fueling, washing windows at our full serve locations, cleaning and performing maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors. All duties are performed with a consistently high focus on customer service.
