Pre-Authorized Payments
To sign up for one of the payment options described below, please print, complete, and fax or mail the Payment Plan Application using the link below (contact information is provided on the form).
Automatic Withdrawal from Bank
Any balance owing at the end of every month will be automatically withdrawn in full from your bank account on the 20th day of the following month. For example, the balance owing on your March statement will be withdrawn from your bank account on April 20th.
Automatic Withdrawal by Credit Card
Any balance owing at the end of every month will be automatically billed to your credit card on the 10th day of the following month. For example, the balance owing on your March statement will be billed to your credit card on April 10th.
Budget Payment Plans Customers may sign up for Budget Payment Plans during July, August, and September
Automatic Equal Payment Plan
Your monthly budget amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the 20th of each month, from September to June (inclusive). Learn more here.
Budget Plan by Credit Card
Your monthly budget amount will be automatically charged to your credit card on the 10th of each month from September to June (inclusive).
WITH AUTOMATIC BANK AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE AS OF JUNE 30, 2025, WILL BE PROCESSED FOR PAYMENT AUTOMATICALLY ON JULY 20, 2025, BY THE PAYMENT MEANS LISTED ABOVE.
Online and Cheque
Pay Online
- Add UPI ENERGY LP or FS PARTNERS as a payee. After September 1, 2024 we will be rebranded to be one single payee: Central Ontario FS.
- Enter the account number that appears on your statement.
Pay by Cheque
- Mail a cheque to your local branch office and reference your account number.
