The FS System is made up of individual cooperative companies who are members of GROWMARK, Inc. and are licensed to use the FS Brand under membership agreements. The FS brand represents a standard of excellence for agricultural and energy-related products. It's the people who represent the FS brand that set it apart.

FS Member Companies are located in the Midwest and the northeastern United States and in Ontario, Canada. These local FS Member Companies provide farm and non-farm customers with fuels, lubricants, propane, plant nutrients, crop protection, seed, structures, equipment, and grain marketing assistance. FS System Teams deliver unmatched technical expertise and a genuine interest in partnering in our customers’ success. FS Crop Specialists act as trusted advisors in day-to-day farm operations. FS Energy Specialists offer reliable heating, fueling, and lubrication solutions to farm and non-farm customers.

FS Member Companies are part of the GROWMARK System. GROWMARK, Inc. is a regional agriculture cooperative serving customers in more than 40 states and Ontario, Canada. You will see some big changes as we complete the rebrand from FS PARTNERS & UPI Energy FS rebrand project. Rest assured, we are the same great team of folks that provide quality agronomy, energy, and grain marketing products, services & solutions as we have in the past. We have the same convenient locations. and we are still a retail division of GROWMARK, Inc.

Effective September 1, 2024, we are officially Central Ontario FS. This will streamline your access to our myFS Solution Centre customer dashboard, when making a payment for fuel or agronomy, connecting with the team, and more.

Who are we?

Central Ontario FS was founded on September 1, 2024 from two GROWMARK retail divisions: FS PARTNERS, specializing in agronomy and grain, and UPI Energy FS, focusing on energy products and services. Our skilled team provides leading-edge agronomic, precision ag and energy products, services and solutions to a diverse customer base. In addition, we offer grain marketing through our partnership with Great Lakes Grain. Membership is open to local farmer-producers throughout central and southwestern Ontario.
